GRRCNY Special Fund for Dysplastic Golden Retrievers in Rescue
GRRCNY was a young program when Molly came to us as a 9-month old puppy and her hips were unable to support her weight. The surrendering family considered euthanasia and then they heard of GRRCNY. Molly was examined by a surgeon, fostered and soon adopted. GRRCNY remains responsible for her surgery (s) when and if that is needed. Several years have passed with a demanding regimen of exercise and weight management in place and so far surgery has not been necessary. We were successful in initiating this fund for Molly and all contributions will be used for her eventual surgery. In the meantime, many Goldens have had orthopedic surgeries because this fund made it possible. If you prefer to have us earmark your donation for THE MOLLY FUND, please let us know.
